she would be happy to get anywhere between 3200 -3500 for it
I think you could advertise it near the top end of what you'd be happy with maybe £3400 which would get you interest/calls but be prepared to haggle to keep that or hold out for it as I would aim to beat you down to 3000-3100 compared with what's available & that you've got PartSH - I think the Tax/MOT may just swing it for you as long as you get early interest.
