it says its 100% electric (no need to fill in gas for the rest of you life!)
faster than a ferrari, 0-60mph in less than 3.9sec ...
my friend told me about Tesla and he said it was around $90,000 (but remmeber, no need to spend thousands of money on gas per year).
can this car really exist?
Yep.. The Tesla is a production Electric Car.
The car does have one big limitation though... Once the battery runs out of power, you need to plug it into a 110V AC wall outlet to charge it up again, and it's a 3.5-hour wait.
You can go 200+ miles in the Tesla Roadster on one complete charge though.
For people who don't like to wait for the battery to charge, a plug-in hybrid like the upcoming 3rd-generation Toyota Prius or the Chevy Volt might be a better option-- You can either plug it in to charge when you have time (like overnight), or use gasoline when you are in a hurry and can't afford to wait for the battery to charge.
