there is one tiny little thing you can buy but i cant remember what its called.commercially theyre not yet viable as we dont have the infastructure in this country(now theres a suprise)to recharge them in public spaces.if you really do feel the need for an Electric Vehicle you could try a milk float,disabled carriage or a very large scalextric if there is one
