Wheels for teenagers?

Ok so heres the deal.......Im a 13 year old girl (about to turn 14) and ive always wanted a Four Wheeler but my parents say im TOO young. So i started suggesting other things like Go Carts but they still say im too young. Well i started to think about a Golf Cart but i remembered that my friend has one and i dont want to copy her (Ive already got a rabbit, hamster, pool, ect. but she had it first). So i really need to know is what would be good for me that is safe for teenagers? What do you think about Electric Mopads? How much do Electric Mopads usally cost? I really need Help......

Hmm, well here is the deal. First and foremost, why do you need wheels? Can you (not your parents) afford to buy, maintain, and fuel something like that? I am thinking that your parents have other reasons to not get you onto a 4wheeler or moped or other wheeled vehicle, for I know there are 4wheelers and mini motorcycles made for children as young as 10 (and possibly younger). Perhaps the biggest risk to any teen driving/operating a vehicle is the following... lack of experience, and lack of respect. And last but not least, some states/countries have laws regarding how old a person has to be in order to operate certain vehicles. Used to be that I could operate a moped at age 13 in this state, now it is a minimum of age 16. Finally, one last thought........ be glad you are able to walk and not be stuck in a wheelchair. I have a cousin that drove before they were ready to, and now he will never drive again. Good luck, and talk with your parents, they may have answers that noone else here can give you.
