Should I get a Electric Golf Cart or gas?

Which one will run longer? Its gonna be ridden around a town home complex It will sometimes be driven on a golf course. Remember I give best answer. thanks in advance:) Also do you think that this website is a scam? http://www.valleycarts.com/
I work as maintenance so it will be driven around the complex as I said before.

The gas cart will run longer, but fuel emissions are bad and they tend to be a lot noisier. Electric ones are also more economic, and they have their comfort advantages such as quiet, smooth, etc.
Just be sure to fully charge it!
