Does anyone remember the early 90's movie "Wheels of Terror"!?!?!?!?

This movie was about a woman busdriver who's daughter gets kidnapped by an early 70's rusty Dodge Charger..... and ends up chasing it all over town in her bus ( kids in bus included).
the driver of the old car is never seen and the p.o.s eventually drives off a cliff ( the daughter is somehow saved by her mom driving the bus however).

Does any body know if this gem ever made it out on DVD???

...unfortunately, this quite gripping and suspenseful made-for-cable terror flick has yet to see the light of the DVD format, and has still be relegated to VHS (...having the VHS myself, I have contemplated possibly transferring the tape to DVD-R)...
