How can I figure out what is drawing extra juice from my car battery?

I have a 2003 Ford Escape. I have just replaced the battery, alternator, and the GEM module on it. Now everything is working ok but there is something that is drawing extra juice from the battery. I have to undo the battery cable every-time I finish driving until I get ready do start it again. And I also had the key-less entry pads programed when the new GEM was put on. Now they are not working again. Maybe that has to do with the battery being unhooked so often??
So, Is there anyway to find out what is using the extra juice without having to take it and put it on a diagnostic computer at the dealer?
And, also is there some way u may be able to check out the radio, cd changer to see if that is the problem?

yes unhooking the battery is killing the key-less memory... A lot of times its the after market stereos and there amplifiers. If they are wire wrong the well draw power all the time and not shut off. As for the radio , Cd changer just unhook them and see if it stops draining your battery.
