Question about hybrids?

Does anyone have a Hybrid Car? Or what is the best hybrid car on the road at this time? I am thinking about buying a prius and i am not sure how reliable they are. If anyone can tell me the flaws and postives of the hybrids such as prius please do tell me

this past year there was a few recalls on the prius, (certain models) but mainly they are reliable. if you are looking for great gas mileage and reliability look at the Toyota yaris, it is much less to start off and gets close gas mileage. Some flaws are if it catches fire, most firemen won't rescue anyone inside, because of the such high voltage the system uses, and the gasses that can be released from the battery packs is very explosive. they have great turning radius and are easy to drive though. just get rid of it before the battery system has to get replaced
