Good mileage AND three car seats?

Soon we will have three children ALL of whom require a full sized car seat (3, 1.5 and newborn)

Ideally we would buy a hybrid, but the only hybrids on the market that can accomodate three carseats are the hybrid SUVs...which only get 30 mpg!!

We are hoping for something with 35+ mpg with a back seat that can accomodate 3 19" wide convertable carseats

Any tips??

Right now, the SUV that is closest to what you are looking for is the Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Although it only has 32 mpg, a new model will soon go on sale, and it may have better fuel economy. Also, both the new and the old model have a 3rd row of seats
