Where can I get an electric motor that is close enough to Tesla's motor or Tango electric motor?

Im looking for a MOTOR that is atleast 250 HP, 550V DC (max.) , atleast 7000 rpm, and light weight, like in a Tesla, Tango, or some other high performance Electric Car. Help?
